Linda Amayo-Hassan
Founder & Artistic Director
Linda Amayo-Hassan is a Mexican-American and Native American playwright, an Equity actor, singer, director and a theatre professor at Chabot College in Hayward, California. In 2018 Linda had the honor to attend The Kennedy Center Summer Playwriting Intensive which motivated her to pursue a career as a professional playwright and the professional theatre world. Since then; Linda is currently under commission with PlayGround and her play, Latino Souls was part of Monday Night PlayGround and La Vida Lobo was selected for Best of PlayGround 23.

April Helen Ballesteros
Associate Artistic Director
April is an actor, director, theatre educator, stage manager, and properties designer as well as the Artistic Learning Programs Manager at the California Shakespeare Theater. She has worked with San Francisco Playhouse, Lorraine Hansberry Theatre, Theatre Cultura, and the Latinx Mafia Theater Collective, where she is a member. April recently stage managed I,Too, Sing America for the San Francisco Bay Area Theatre Company and starred in the live production of Velorio for Latinx Mafia. With every project, April hopes to empower and uplift BIPOC voices. She is a proud chicanx from East Los Angeles.

Dov Hassan
Business Operations Manager
Dov Hassan is an actor and director who has worked in NYC, Kansas City and the Bay Area. He is a company member of Ubuntu Theater Project. He also works as a commercial and voice over actor. He is currently a theatre professor at Chabot College in Hayward, CA.
